The 4 July release of libvirt 0.9.3 offers the new vcpupin libvirt API, supports reboots with the QEMU driver, supports multi-function PXI devices, and has many other API improvements. There’s also improved documentation, greater portability, many bug-fixes, clean-ups, and numerous other improvements. While libvirt 0.9.2 was released just last month, the 0.9.3 change-log (as shown on the news page) is quite lengthy.
